The seven-story Sands Constellation Center for Critical Care was designed to transform the delivery of care at Rochester General Hospital by improving patient flow and accommodating the implementation of a nursing care model equipped for a dynamic healthcare environment.
Key features of the Center include sterile processing, 20 operating suites, a post-anesthesia care unit (inclusive of a new endovascular operation room), neonatal services, post-partum, medical intensive and critical care, medical surgery, and surgical intensive care beds.
