Principal

Boasting more than 30 years of professional experience, Ray oversees projects out of our Poughkeepsie and Hudson, NY office locations. His expertise encompasses architectural and structural design for private clients, as well as site, stormwater, water and wastewater design for educational and healthcare clients along with towns and municipal entities. Ray’s done everything from structural evaluations to site grading to erosion control to environmental assessments, making him a valuable resource for CPL team members and clients alike.
