Principal

With experience in the design of complex renovations and new-build projects, healthcare architecture is Michelle’s passion. She is well-known for her expertise in programming and planning for multi-phased renovation projects and has developed trusted relationships at many hospitals and long-term care facilities.

Michelle manages some of the firm’s most high-profile institutional projects because she understands that people are at the heart of all we do. She applies that conviction to successfully execute design concepts that balance safety with comfort and enhance the overall patient experience.

What advice would Michelle give to a young architectural designer?
"Becoming an architect is a continuous educational experience. Someone interested in the field should understand the difference between working for a large firm versus a small, full-service firm as this plays a role in how they will to interact with their peers and clients."
