Jennifer Harper, P.E.

Principal

With more than 20 years of experience, Jennifer leads the charge as Principal of CPL’s transportation engineering team in Georgia. Her consulting career has encompassed a variety of complex transportation projects, which have given her a strong reputation for building and maintaining solid relationships at all levels of local governments, the private sector, and other state and federal agencies.

Jennifer has been honored and recognized by several industry organizations and publications including the Women’s Transportation Seminar (WTS) Member of the Year, and Engineering Georgia’s list of 100 Influential Women to Know. Her leadership and project delivery skills make her a valuable resource for CPL team members and clients alike.
